Definition:
A feasibility plan is the out line of potential issues to describe the concept of ventures and set of guide lines to help enterpreneure to make a better decision.

Guide lines:

  • Feasibility plan usually written form lender or investor
  • Feasibility plan must be concise and accurate and clearly identifying product, services and market.
  • The plan should be easy to read complete and accurate all nessary info must inculde.
  • Plan should be no miss spell and according to grammer without mistakes.
  • Business plan should be more than 50 pages but mostly plan base on at least 20 page long.

According to this model company have to face two main types of risk. Risk= Systematic + un-systematic Systematic Risk: The risk face by the company due to its external environment is called systematic risk. This risk cannot be controled by the company. Example: Pocitical instability, war in the country, energy crises in the country etc. Un-Systematics Risk: The risk face by the company due to its internal environment is called un-systematic risk.This risk can be conroled by the company.
