Documents Disclosure:
In this stage patent taker give the information before complete means when idea come before its development must patent to be made in PTO office and its valid date will be 2 years.

Patent Search:
Before the patent inventor ideas or product will be search to confirm this types of product not exist or available before.

Patent Application:
After complete the search process to confirm that product is not exist the step is patent application in which application will be send to Patent and trademark office.
there are three main part of patent application

  • Written Documents
  • Drawings
  • Declaration

Written Documents:
In this part the inventor fill the form according to given critaria by paten office and provide the all nessary information as requirements.
Drawings:
In this stage involve technical work and inventor mostly take the help of experienced party or person to fulfull this requirements.
Declaration:
In this part inventor/s do aggrement that all information is true and he is real inventor.

Patent Examination:
In this stage PTO office will verify all information and if error will occure will be solved.

Patent Grant:
In this stage if all information is completed as per requirements then PTO office will Grant the patent to inventor its called Letter patent.
