Definition::
Trademark include word name symbols or any device that identify the product producer and make it differ from its competitors.
Examples:
Coke, Picture of KFC, Nestle etc.

Written Application:
In this stage all nessary information will be provided like name address or all other information according to Trademark registration requirements.

Drawings:
In this step drawing of trademark will be provided to trademark office as per requirements.

Specimens:
In this stage 5 to 10 actual trademark and its duplicates will be submitted as per formal size.

Trademark Examination:
In this stag the trademarks issued office will search the given trade mark in past to update data to find the same trademark is already exist or not.

Trademarks issue:
After complete examination if everything will be true and right then the trademark will be issued to tardemark appication and add this trademark in the list of tardemarks grant list.

COPYRIGHTS

Copyrights are smilar mosty patent and trademars and granted through copyright office. Its use to protect copy the content so that no one can use it without permission of its orignal author or maker.

Risk= Systematic + un-systematic Systematic Risk: The risk face by the company due to its external environment is called systematic risk. This risk cannot be controled by the company.
