Bonds Funds

The company collect the money from investors and invest that money in different goverment and companies bonds.

Types of Bonds Funds


  • Goverment Bonds
  • Muncipal Bonds
  • Corporate Bonds


Goverment Bonds:
The bonds issued by the Govt. for getting the long term finance and more than one year and less risky.

Muncipal Bonds:
The bonds issued by the subdepartments of the goverment for getting finance which is used for the public welfare for examples road construction, hospital, education. its less risky investment.

Corporate Bonds:
These bonds issued by the companies for getting the long term finance.The investment in the corporate bond is more risky as compare to govt. bonds anc muncipal bonds.
two types of companies one have high goodwill (less risky) and second have low goodwill comapanies(more risky)
